She was born in Hardin County, Tennessee the daughter of Howard and Peggy Singleton Spencer. Kathy enjoyed her family, grandchildren, and playing with them. She also enjoyed cooking and living on the creekside. She had worked for Southwest Human Resource for 12 years and Tri-County Nursing Home for 12 years.
In addition to her parents, Kathy is survived by her soul mate in life, Denny Parrott of Olivehill, Tennessee; daughter, Stephanie Hurst and husband Eric of Michie, Tennessee; grandson, Blake Edwards of Michie, Tennessee; brother, Jimmy Ray Austin and wife Ellen of Crump, Tennessee; Dennis Parrott Family of Nashville, Tennessee.
Kathy was preceded in death by her grandmother, Maybelle Marshall.
