Ken Smith

Ken Smithwas born in Newark, Ohio on June 9, 1937 the son of the late Edward S. and Lucille R. Smith.On June 21, 1956 he was united in marriage to Patricia Fuller, who survives.Mr. Smith retired from TruForm, where he was the Owner/Executive. He had previously lived in Utica, Ohio and had worked for Miller Company.Mr. Smith departed this life on Thursday, September 10, 2009 at the age of 72 years, 3 months, 1 day.In addition to his wife, Mr. Smith is survived by 2 sons, Jerry Smith of Paris, Tennessee and Randy Smith of Corbin, Kentucky; a daughter, Debbie Barker of Portland, Tennessee; 5 grandchildren, Alissa McGinley, Nick Smith, Sam Smith, Taylor Rae Parrish, and Seth Barker; a great-grandson, Sam McGinley.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Smith.
