Kenneth Howard, 76, of Michie, Tennessee, passed away on May 30, 2026.
Born in 1949, Kenneth lived a life defined by service, resilience, and love for his family. He proudly served his country in the United States Army and carried the values of duty, loyalty, and hard work throughout his life.
Kenneth was known for his kind heart, generous spirit, and ability to make friends wherever he went. He never met a stranger and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. His caring nature, accepting attitude, and genuine love for people left a lasting impression on all who knew him.
Family, friends, and neighbors knew Kenneth as a man with a caring heart, with a unique character. He valued relationships, enjoyed good conversation, and found joy in spending time with the people he loved.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his father, Elgin Howard.
He is survived by his daughter, Brandie Howard; his son, Lane Howard; his mother, Voneda Howard; his sister and brother-in-law, Pam and Mark Buckley; nephews, Casey, Tyler & Will Buckley; and his beloved grandchildren, Aabrea Bush, Jagger, Kathryn, Allyson, and Emmalyn Howard. He also leaves behind many extended family members and dear friends who will cherish his memory.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Acton Church of Christ, 9389 TN-22, Michie, Tennessee 38357. Family and friends will be received from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., with funeral services beginning at 2:00 p.m.
Kenneth's legacy of kindness, friendship, and unconditional love will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered. A special thanks goes out to those whom helped Kenny in his time of need.
