She is survived by her son, Billy Jack Maloey Moffett of Selmer, Tennessee; sister, Tammy Pritchard of Adamsville, Tennessee; brother, Glen Louis (Bud) Smith, Jr. of Savannah, Tennessee; stepmother, Debbie Peters of Florida; and boyfriend, Chuck Black of Savannah, Tennessee.
