Larry Wayne Buck was born May 3, 1945 in Scotts Hill, TN the son of the late Earl Dewain and Betty Lou Mangrum Buck.
He was united in marriage to Barbara Smith White, who preceded him in death on June 29, 2020.
Mr. Buck retired from Barnhart Crane & Rigging in Memphis, TN as a crane operator. He was a member of Operators & Engineers Local 369 in Memphis and enjoyed riding motorcycles in his free time.
Mr. Buck departed this life on July 8, 2020 in Memphis, Tennessee at the age of 75 Years, 2 Months, 5 Days. He is survived by two sons, Guy Buck and wife Katy of Selmer, TN and Steve Buck and wife Diane of Senatobia, MS; a step-son, Dane White of Memphis, TN; nine grandchildren: Brookie Lampley and husband Eric, Derek Buck, Austin Buck, Shelby Gray and husband Mann, Aidan Buck, Brodie Buck, Kooper Finley, Korbyn Finley, and Isabella Lott; four step-grandchildren: Chase White, Lindsay White, Christian White, and Austin Hardy; four great-grandchildren: Leland Gray, Camron Gray, Mattie Orfans, and Jacie Lampley; two step-great-grandchildren, Ryker White and Knox White; a sister, Judy Purdon and husband Raymond of Paris, TN; and many extended family and friends.
In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Buck was preceded in death by a son, Wayne Buck, and a sister, Marilyn Dodson.
