Larry Von Clifton

Larry Von Clifton was born February 4, 1942 in Ramer, TN the son of the late Howard and Gladie Fortune Clifton.
He was united in marriage to Carol Pickel Westenhoefer on February 15, 1985.
Mr. Clifton was a truck driver for over 40 years. He retired from the State of Mississippi, Water Treatment Plant in Corinth, MS where he was the computer operator for over 8 years. He was of the Baptist faith. He served his country honorably in the United States Navy.
Mr. Clifton departed this life on April 6, 2016 in Corinth, Mississippi at the age of 74 Years, 2 Months, 2 Days. He is survived by his wife Carol Clifton of Selmer, TN; a daughter, Andy Clifton of Corinth, MS; a sister, Brenda Kay Sanford and husband William of Ripley, MS; a brother, Don Clifton of Ripley, MS; four grandchildren, Dustin Clifton, Joseph Kirkland, Donna Kirkland, Chasity Lane Westenhoefer; eight great grandchildren, Gemini, Vincent, Emberlynn, Odin, Thorin, Carlee, Caiden, and Jeremy; and a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Clifton was preceded in death by a son, James Robert Westenhoefer on June 11, 1994.
He was united in marriage to Carol Pickel Westenhoefer on February 15, 1985.
