Mr. Cummins was a former machine operator and departed this life on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at Waynesboro Health and Rehabilitation Center, Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 66 Years, 10 Months, 2 Days.
He is survived by mother, Ruby Cummins Martin of Waynesboro, TN; a brother, Jerry Cummins and wife, Sherill of Cypress Inn, TN; a sister, Dianne Martin Butler and husband, Russell of Cypress Inn, TN; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Graveside services will be Friday, September 25, 2015 at 3:30 PM at Memorial Gardens, Collinwood, Tennessee, with Ricky Nelson officiating. Burial will follow with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County directing.
Visitation will be from 3 pm to service time at the graveside.
