Larry Clifford Godwin

Larry Clifford Godwin was born February 21, 1945 in Savannah, TN. He was Baptist in faith served in the U.S. Army. He owned Larry's Auto Repair in Selmer since the 1990's. Larry loved his son, gospel music, bluegrass music and playing bluegrass with numerous people over the years.

He is survived by a son, Cody Godwin of Adamsville, TN; Cody's mother, Melissa Godwin Harris; four sisters: Mavelyn Harrison and Frankie Johnson both of Savannah, TN, Mae Dell Shelton of CA, Elizabeth Auston of Lexington; three brothers: Kenneth Godwin of Savannah, TN, Nelson Godwin of Jackson, TN, Roy Godwin of Collierville, TN; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Mr. Godwin was preceded in death by his mother, Macie Young Godwin; and two brothers, Barney and Leon Godwin.
