LARRY WAYNE HALL, SR.
Pinson, TN: Larry Wayne Hall, Sr. age 70 passed away Monday morning May 15, 2017 at his home in Pinson.
He was born April 27, 1947 in Jackson, TN the son of the late Due Wayne and Cora Ruth Evans Hall. He grew up in Chester County and graduated Chester County High School in 1966. He was a member of the local Masonic Lodge. He worked at Grinnell Mfg. for many years. He was active in coaching the Dixie Youth Baseball League in Chester County.
He enjoyed fishing and was a big fan of the Atlanta Braves and the Tennessee Vols and Tony Stewart was his favorite NASCAR driver.
Mr. Hall is survived by a daughter, Cassandra Reeves and husband William of Jackson and three sons, Larry Wayne Hall, Jr. and wife Christy of Lexington, Scott Hall and wife Phyllis of Henderson and Barry Wayne Hall and wife Stephanie of Selmer; eleven grandchildren, Tyler Hall, Lauren Hall, Courtney Burns, Bailey Hall, Brock Hall, Holley Moore, Nathan Moore, Hannah Moore, Brittany Stoots, Dallas White and Katleyn Rhodes; two sisters, Delores Mullins of Finger and Debbie Hall of Finger and a brother, Paul Hall of Dickson, TN.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Ann Patterson.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Johnson Chapel with Bro. Ronnie Geary officiating. Burial will follow in Chester County Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Johnson Chapel 5:30 PM until 9:00 PM Wednesday.
