Larry Douglas Johnson

Larry Douglas Johnson was born September 27, 1941 in Bethel Springs, Tennessee the son of the late Tommie Lee and Marley Justine Russom Johnson.He was united in marriage to Margarett F. Pruitt in 1960. Mrs. Johnson preceded him in death on November 14, 2003.Mr. Johnson retired from the United States Army after having served for 20 years.Mr. Johnson departed this life on July 2, 2009 in Finger, Tennessee at the age of 67 Years, 9 Months, 5 Days. He is survived by a son, William Douglas Johnson of Finger, TN; two grandchildren, James Borden of Finger, TN, Crystal Franklin and husband Larry of Enville, TN; two great grandchildren, Jean Franklin of Enville, TN, Larry Franklin III of Enville, TN; brother, Nickey Johnson of Pinson, TN, and half brother, Irey Basham of Southhaven, MS.In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Borden; a brother, Ross A. Johnson.
