Lavenia Christine Gulley

Services will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Home, in Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Larry Janes officiating. Burial will follow in Cole Cemetery, Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements.



Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 1, 6:00--9:00 pm and on Wednesday, September 2, 8:00 am until service time at Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro



Lavenia, departed this life on Monday, August 31, 2009 at Wayne Medical Center in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 41 Years, 11 Months, 5 Days.

She was born September 26, 1967 in Waynesboro, Tennessee the daughter of Helen Christine Gallaher Cole of Waynesboro,TN and the late James William Cole. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by grandparents, Roy F. and Mary Ann Cole, Floyd Walker and Stella Estelle (Gordon) Gallaher.



She was united in marriage to Edward Leroy Gulley on March 24, 2001.



Lavenia was a Administrative Assistant at Wayne Half House. She attended Green River Tabernacle in Waynesboro, Tennessee.



She is survived by ; other than her mother; her husband Edward Leroy Gulley ; a son, Coridon Nicholas Staggs ; two daughters, Ashton Nicole Staggs all of Waynesboro, TN, Ashley Hope (Gulley) Creecy of Lawrenceburg, TN;



grandchildren; Hannah Christine Shelton and Jackson Edward Chase Creecy



two sisters, Shelia Dianne (Cole) Prince and Michelle Denise (Cole) Huckaba both of Waynesboro, TN;

Roger Gulley and Jimmie Gulley
