Ledford Thacker

LEDFORD (BO) THACKERwas born in Selmer, Tennessee on November 3, 1954 the son of the late Edwin and Christene Morgan Thacker.On November 22, 1990 he was united in marriage to Candace J. Belk, who preceded her husband in death on April 8, 1992.Mr. Thacker worked for Aqua Glass, he also had worked for Gateway in Corinth and worked the woods. We always called him Ledford Bo. He was the type of person that stayed to his self. When he went to visit any of us he never stayed long. When he would get up and say you know it, you would know that you was going to hear something crazy. You didn\'t ever know what you were going to hear from him. Mr. Thacker was a member of Liberty Church of Christ. He was a former resident of Corinth, Michie, Shiloh and Adamsville.Mr. Thacker departed this life on May 29, 2012 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 57 years, 6 months and 26 days. He is survived by 5 brothers, Ronnie Thacker, Billie Thacker, Stevie Thacker, Jimmy D. Thacker and Bobbie Thacker, all of Adamsville, Tennesseeone sister, Tammie Hannah of Savannah, TennesseeIn addition to his parents and his wife, he was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Arthur O. Morgan, Jewell Fowler Morgan, Corabell Thacker and James Manuel Thacker.
