Lera Nell Norton

Lera Nell Butler Norton of Cleveland, MS was born July 30, 1930 in Tennessee, the daughter of the late Joe and Carrie Keeton Butler. Mrs. Norton died Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Greenwood Leflore Hospital at the age of 81 Years, 9 Months, 23 Days. She was a homemaker.She is survived by her husband Robert Norton of Cleveland, MS; two sons, Chet Norton and wife, Terri of Cleveland, MS and Mark Norton of Bartlett, TN; five grandchildren, Brandie L. Garber and husband, John of Lafayette, LA, Lauren Norton of Bartlett, TN, Carrie Norton of Bartlett, TN, Danielle Jennings and husband, Ray of Cordova, TN, Allen Norton and wife, Valerie of Cleveland, MS; great-granddaughter, Haley Kilpatrick of Cordova, TN; great-grandsons, Brett and Jace Garber of Lafayette, LA ; Dalton and Austin Kilpatrick of Cordova, TN.Graveside services will be Saturday, May 26, 2012 at 3 pm at Memorial Gardens in Waynesboro, Tennessee with Roger C. Balentine officiating.. Interment will follow services with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.
