Lewis W. Landreth, 75, of Bolivar, passed away Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at Bolivar General Hospital.
The widow of Sadie Marie Landreth, who died June 29, 1996, he was a supervisor with Harman Automotive for 30 years. He was born February 16, 1934 in Leapwood, TN to the late Ohther L. and Vora Ethel Brewer Landreth, and lived in Bolivar most of his life. He loved to hunt, fish, and ride his boat on the Hatchie River and served in the US Army.
Survivors include two daughters and their husbands, Gina Pittman and Jimmy of Bolivar, Becky Hearnsberger and Tim of Selmer; two sons and their wives, Mike Landreth and Teresa of Jackson, Anthony Landreth and Linda of Bolivar; a sister, Ouidamae Lott of Leapwood; and five grandchildren and their spouses, Adam Landreth and Tia, Cody Landreth and Angela, Caty Stack, Drew and Hayley Hearnsberger. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Millard Landreth, Giles Landreth; a sister, Mary Nell Murphree; and a grandson, Alex Stack.
