Mr. Skufca is survived by 3 daughters, Michelle David of Hanover, Wisconsin, Heather Skufca of Savannah, Tennessee and Tiffanyanne Skufca of Savannah, Tennessee.
3 sons, Lewis Skufca, Jr. of Clifton, Tennessee, Andrew Skufca of Stantonville, Tennessee and Joseph Skufca of Savannah, Tennessee.
6 grandchildren, William David, Benjamin David, Jacyln David, Kevin Skufca, Chloe Gage and Coby Gage.
