LILLIE RUTH HOSEA FRANKSwas born in Hardin County, Tennessee on March 24, 1924 the daughter of the late William Alfred and Lillie Hosea.She was united in marriage to Boyd Franks, who preceded his wife in death. Mrs. Franks was a homemaker. She loved to travel and loved animals.Mrs. Franks departed this life on September 27, 2010 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 86 years, 6 months and 3 days.She is survived by 2 cousins, Frances Locke and Peggy Pitts, both of Savannah, Tennesseeand her special friend and care taker, Edna Browder of Savannah, TennesseeIn addition to her parents and her husband, she was also preceded in death by one sister, Pauline Hosea.
