Lillie Jackson

Mrs. Lillie Jackson, age 91 of Bolivar, Tennessee, departed this life Thursday, December 7, 2017 at Pine Meadows Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Bolivar.

Lillie Bell Jackson was born Wednesday, July 21, 1926 to the late John Davis and Annie Mae Young in Haywood County, TN. On Saturday, December 13, 1958, Lillie married William Dean "John" Jackson, who passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2015. Lillie was a homemaker and previously worked at Hardeman Garment. She attended the Trinity Baptist Church, and enjoyed doing puzzles, word searches, and crocheting. Lillie was a native of Haywood County, but lived most of her adult life in Hardeman County.

She is survived by her daughter, Sandy Sullivan(Richard) of Bolivar, TN; a son, Tommy Jackson(Jenie) of Silerton, TN; two grandchildren, Corey Sullivan(Erin) and Justin Sullivan(Robin); and four great-grandchildren, Owen Sullivan, Luke Sullivan, Maeson Sullivan, and Shelby Smith. She is preceded in death by her husband, William Dean "John" Jackson; her parents, John and Annie Mae Young Davis; a great-granddaughter, Lillian Sullivan; four sisters, Mary Ann Cofer, Mae Hooper, Odell Adamson, Beulah Cryer; and a brother, William Davis.

Memorial donations may be made to Pine Meadows Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, the American Heart Association, or LeBonheur Children's Hospital.
