Services will be held on Friday, February 5, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Michael Mathers officiating. Burial will follow in Highland United Methodist Church Cemetery ,Lawrenceburg, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements.
Visitation will be on Friday, Feb. 5, 11:00 am until service time @ Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro
Mrs. White departed this life on February 1, 2010 at Hardin Medical Center in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 102 Years, 5 Months, 29 Days. She was born August 3, 1907 in Lawrence County, Tennessee the daughter of the late Charlie and Kate Scott Mitchell. In addition to her parents, Mrs. White was preceded in death by husband; Guy P. White; three sons, Guy White Jr., Gilbert White and Van White; granddaughters; Faye Bilbo and Sara Jean White.
Mrs. Lillie was a homemaker.
She is survived by: three sons, David E. White of Olivehill, TN. , William White of Fulton, MS. and James White of Bear, DE.
two daughters, Jennie Bilbo of Mena, AR. and Wanda Winter of Memphis, TN.
24 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
