November 23, 1953 — March 22, 2023

Stantonville, TN

Linda Diane Bryant was born November 23, 1953 in Memphis, TN the daughter of Bob and Madeline Clenney.

Linda grew up in Memphis and graduated from Kingsbury High School. Following high school, she worked for the Memphis Police Department for 18 years as a dispatcher and as a photographer for the photo crime lab. When she moved to McNairy County, she worked as a substitute teacher and at Jack McConnico Memorial Library. She was a summa cum laude graduate from University of Tennessee at Martin. After graduating, she went to work for Quinco Mental Health, a job that she held close to her heart - loving and caring for each client.

She was active in her community with various groups such as McNairy County Republican Women, Lions Club, and a supporter of Arts in McNairy. She enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening and tending to her fruit trees. Linda also loved to travel and went on many trips with special friends, including her fiancé Louis. Linda was very spiritual and found fulfillment in providing guidance, a listening ear, or a shoulder to cry on, always seeming to know which you might need.

She was a devoted mother and grandmother. Her precious granddaughter, Violet and great granddaughter, Kinsley brought her great joy and laughter.

Linda departed this life on March 22, 2023 in Memphis, Tennessee at the age of 69 Years, 3 Months, 27 Days.
