Lloyd Rainey

Lloyd R. Rainey, age 80 of Middleton, passed away Friday morning, October 3, 2008 at the Golden Living Center in Ripley, MS.He was born October 6, 1927 in Hardeman County to the late Maurice L and Lucy Rose Rainey. He lived all of his life in Middleton working as a farmer and was a member of the Grand Junction church of Christ. He married his wife Pearl Norton, who survives, in 1987.In addition to his wife, he is survived by two stepsons, Art Cooper of Middleton and Billy Cooper of Counce; three step-grandchildren, Tammy Petkoff of Collierville, Chris Cooper of Bartlett, and Ben Cooper of Demopolis, AL; and three step-great-granchildren, Cara Cooper of Bartlett, and Tony and Kyle Petkoff, both of Collierville.
