Lloyd Hayes (Gomer) Young, Jr was born October 18, 1964 in McNairy County, TN the son of Irma Smith Young and the late Lloyd H. Young, Sr. He departed this life on January 11, 2014 in Bolivar, Tennessee at the age of 49 Years, 2 Months, 24 Days.
Growing up Gomer liked fast cars and doing things with his cousins. One of the favorite things he enjoyed was riding the motorcycle with his cousin Marty Mitchell. He also liked watching television and listening to Johnny Cash.
He is survived by his mother Irma Young of Selmer; a brother, Bill S. Young of Selmer; a sister, Debbie DeClark of Detroit, MI; a host of cousins, extended family and friends.
