Lloyd H. Young, Sr. was born July 3, 1929 in Selmer, Tennessee the son of the late Ova and Eula Patterson Young.On September 25, 1962, he was united in marriage to Irma Smith who survives.Mr. Young was a skilled carpenter. He loved bluegrass music and could play many instruments.Mr. Young departed this life on November 22, 2010 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 81 Years, 4 Months, 19 Days. He is survived by his wife Irma Young of Selmer, TN; two sons, Lloyd Young, Jr. of Bolivar, TN and Bill S. Young of Selmer, TN; two sisters, Sue Plunk of Bethel Springs, TN and Bobbie Latta of Selmer, TN.In addition to his parents, Mr. Young was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Holmes.
