LOGAN LEON JOHNSON
Beech Bluff, TN: Logan Leon Johnson, age 83, died February 1, 2009 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
He was born in Chester County and grew up in Chester County, the son of the late Maud and Ernest Johnson. He was married December 25, 1949 to the late Laura Maxine Young Johnson. They made their home in Henderson and later moved to the Five Points Community. Mr. Johnson worked as a brick mason. He attended People’s Chapel and Luray Baptist Church.
He is survived by a daughter and her husband, Mr. & Mrs. Mike Mann of Beech Bluff; two grandchildren, Stephanie Moling and Kristi Mann. He also has two great grandchildren, Joshua Mann and Kassidy Beasley; two sisters the late Alice Hampton of Arkansas and Dorothy Mitchell of Henderson, one brother the late Joe Johnson of Nashville.
We also would like to recognize a very special friend that has become a part of our family in the past 2 1/2 years. Mrs. Bobbie Ward and her children.
