LOIS L. GREEN
was born in Burnsville, Mississippi on February 8, 1940 the daughter of the late Bill and Willie Mae Durbin Tuberville.
On November 24, 1995 she was united in marriage to Joe Green, who preceded his wife in death on August 8, 2009.
Mrs. Green was a riverboat cook for Ingram Towing Company. She also escorted house trailers and worked for Aqua Glass. Mrs. Green loved her dog, Samson. She enjoyed drawing and was very creative and she especially enjoyed spending time with friends.
Mrs. Green departed this life on December 5, 2011 at Magnolia Regional Hospital in Corinth, Mississippi at the age of 71 years, 9 months and 27 days.
She is survived by 2 daughters, Glenda Barber of Corinth, Mississippi and Regina DeShazier of Savannah, Tennessee
5 grandchildren, Shane Barber, Haley Barber, Josh Easter, Ronnie DeShazier and April DeShazier
7 great grandchildren, Katie Elizabeth Barber, Olivia Brooke Barber, Alexa Lee Barber, Alli DeShazier, Macy DeShazier, Dreston Easter and Sydney Easter
Mrs. Green was also survived by a very special friend, Rachel
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was also preceded in death by one brother, Robert Earl Tuberville and 2 sisters, Billie Jean Honeycut and Shirley Tuberville
