Lois Marie Highland departed this life on Friday, December 22, 2017, at the age of 70 years, 7 months, and 6 days. She was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on May 16, 1947, the daughter of the late Vernie and Bertha Austin Highland.
Lois Marie had been a streamstress for Kay Windsor Manufacturing and was a member of the Walnut Grove Church of Christ. She enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening.
She is survived by many family members and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Thelma Bevis, Geneva Poll, Velemay Tilley, and Floella Qualls; and brother, James Highland.
