Lois Love

Lois Love was born in Mississippi on July 1, 1930, the daughter of the late Miles Ervin and Ella Ross Boggs Meeks. She departed this life on November 21, 2019, at the age of 89 years, 4 months, and 20 days.

Lois was a member of Pisgah United Methodist Church. She worked as a school aide for Pickwick Southside for 5 years. Solving puzzles, quilting, playing Bingo and Yahtzee, gardening, and being outside were some of her favorite things.

Lois is survived by her daughters, Sarah Elizabeth Sagely and Linda Sue Mitchell, both of Counce, Tennessee; sons, William Harold Love and Bobby Joe Love and wife Joan, all of Counce, Tennessee; 13 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; and 24 great great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Lois was preceded in death by her sisters, Mary Helen Freeman, Loretta Wardlow, Jean Rose, Linda Lovendale, and Gladys Webb; brothers, H.S. Meeks, James Meeks, Duward Meeks, Herbert Meeks, and Bob Meeks; great grandson, Jessie Hopper; and great great granddaughter, Harper Weatherly.
