Lorinda Phillips

Lorinda Shelby Phillips 

was born in Savannah,  Tennessee on December 6, 1963 the daughter of Linda Yvonne Scott Shelby and the late Jimmy H. Shelby, Sr.  

Lorinda enjoyed traveling, shopping, especially on Amazon, and loved her animals.  Her greatest joy was spending time with her granddaughter, Lillyanne.

Lorinda departed this life on Sunday, June 25, 2023 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 59 years, 6 months, and 19 days.

She is survived by her life partner, Jimmy Roach of Shiloh, Tennessee; daughter, Chelsea Hughes and her husband Brady of Counce, Tennessee; son, Kelvin Phillips of Ashburn, Virginia; granddaughter, Lillyanne Marshall; mother, Linda Shelby; brothers, Jimmy H. Shelby, Jr. and Tracy Lee Shelby, both of Adamsville, Tennessee; and a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father, Jimmy Shelby, Sr., Lorinda was preceded in death by two sisters, Vickie Jeanette Shelby and Kimberly Dawn Shelby.
