Lou Marie Smelser

Lou Marie Smelser of Adamsville, Tennessee, was born on January 25, 1925, to the Late Ed and Addie Mae Teuton Gilchrist. She was united in marriage to Alpha Harding Smelser on December 15, 1945.Mrs. Smelser died on Tuesday, February 24, 2009, in Adamsville, Tennessee, at the age of 84 years and 30 days.Survivors are her husband Alpha Harding Smelser; three daughters, Iona Plunk of Stantonville, Tennessee, Cindy Duren and husband David of Waynesboro, Tennessee, and Georgie Rhein and husband Dennis of Idyllwild, California; two sons, Dr. Mike Smelser and wife Judy of Selmer and Matt Smelser and wife Pat of Adamsville.
