Lya Hope Croswaitwas born in Madison County, Tennessee on September 22, 2011 the daughter of Jimmy Lee and Chantil Sue Sheppard Croswait.Lya Hope departed this life on Friday, September 23, 2011 at the age of 1 day.In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sisters, Jamia Cay and Jasmine Lynn Croswait both of Lexington, Tennessee; grandparents, James Everette Croswait, Sr. and Connie Jean Croswait of Sardis, Tennessee, Johnny Lee Patterson and Rebecca Sue Carter of Adamsville, Tennessee; great grandmother, Eunice Croswait of Sardis, Tennessee.She was preceded in death by her brother, Jimmy Lee Croswait, Jr.
