Maedell Russell

Maedell N. Russellwas born in Hardin County, Tennessee on April 18, 1933 the daughter of the late Dewey and Cornelia Neely Neill.She was united in marriage to Robert D. Russell. He preceded her in death on May 2, 1993.Mrs. Russell was a Homemaker. She lived in the Burnt Church Community most of her life except for a brief stay in Cheyenne, Wyoming while her husband was in the U.S. Air Force. She stayed home most of her life and was a very dedicated wife, mother and grandmother.Mrs. Russell departed this life on Thursday, March 28, 2012 at the age of 78 years, 11 months, 10 days. She is survived by 1 son, Robert Russell, Savannah, Tennessee; 2 daughters, Suzanne Linville and husband, James of Savannah, Tennessee; Amy D. Russell Brown and husband, Donald of Savannah, Tennessee; 5 Grandchildren, Joshua Linville, Rosannah Linville, Robert Andrew (Drew) Russell, Neely Brown, and Taylor Brown; 1 Great Grandchild, Cheyenna Linville; 1 sister, Jo Nell Blackwelder of Savannah, Tennessee.In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Elizabeth N. Hulen and Hazel N. Crotts; 2 brothers, Floyd B. Neill and Lloyd T. Neill.
