Maggie Gullett

January 16, 1944 — October 4, 2009

Mrs. Gullett was born in Haywood County and grew up in Jackson, the daughter of the late Vernon Hill and Noel Camilla Watridge Williamson. She attended schools in Jackson. She worked at several sewing factories, including Oakley Fashions for thirteen years. She had worked in housekeeping at Jackson General Hospital and then in housekeeping at Chickasaw State Park. She had also worked at Pinson Mounds.She is survived by her husband Tommy W. Gullett of Milan and four sons; William Timms of Almo, Billy Timms of Henderson, Stephen Timms of Huntingdon, Robert Timms of Jacksonville, NC, and nine grandchildren. She has a surviving sister, Pam Rose Green of Middleton. She was preceded in death by a sister Cerneil Talbott and two brothers Noel Ray Williamson and Mack Hill ‘Champ’ Williamson.She was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church.
