Mamie Florence Webb

Mamie Florence Smith Webb, 91, of Grand Junction, Tennessee died at Pine Meadows Health Care on Monday, May 2, 2011.



She was born in Hickory Valley and is preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Leona Sutton Smith. Mamie is also preceded in death by her brothers, D.W. Smith and wife, Earleen, Leslie Smith; and a sister, Gracie Black and her husband, James.



Mamie leaves her beloved husband, Robert Norris Webb. They were married 71 years on March 30, 2011. She also leaves her daughter, Carolyn Webb Redfearn and husband, Lynn of Conyers, GA; two granddaughters, Tina Hendrix and husband, John III and Lisa Moore and husband, Kevin; and two great grandchildren, Grayson and Shelby Moore.



Mamie was a member of First Baptist Church of Grand Junction. She worked in the nursery for almost 25 years. She also worked in the Grand Junction Library and was coordinator for the RSVP program for Hardeman County. In her spare time, Mamie liked to paint and "go out to eat" and "for a drive".
