Margaret Orene Gable, age 62, of Waynesboro, TN died on Thursday, March 17, 2011 at 4:15 pm in her home.
She was the daughter of the late Bill Freeman Butler and Myrtle Butler Jones and stepdaughter of the late Neal Jones, the granddaughter of the late Lee and Josie Wallace and the late Jessie and Lola Butler, a sister of the late William F. Butler, Jr. and Anna Lou Geneva Butler, and sister-in-law of the late Michael Lane Gable.
She was a Christian and attended Wayne County Bible Center in Waynesboro, TN.
Survivors include, her husband, Lowell Dwaine Gable; two daughters, Melena Darlene Gable of Melbourne, FL and Cindy Mechelle Gable James of Waynesboro, TN; one son, Timothy Dwaine Gable and wife, Tracy Lynn of King George, VA; four grandchildren, Phillip Dwaine and Jessica Lynn Gable and Trinity Faith and Jordan Matthew James; two brothers, Tony G. Butler and wife, Sandra and Randy S. Butler and wife, Martha, all of Waynesboro, TN; her sister-in-law, Helen Butler of Waynesboro, TN; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Robert L. and Verlia Mae Gable; her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jimmy and Donna Abernathy all of Florence, AL; many nieces and nephews; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She had many friends and family whom she loved.
Services will be held on Sunday, March 20, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel in Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Leo Doyle and Cal Hampton officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Gardens at Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors directing. Pallbearers will be Chad Butler, Chris Butler, Brent Butler, Keith Butler, David Butler, and Jimmy Abernathy.
