Margaret Cleo Johnson Henson

Margaret Cleo Johnson Henson of Muscle Shoals, AL, was born December 31, 1931 in Lutts, TN, the daughter of the late Bradford David and Dora Belle McFall Johnson. Mrs. Henson was a retired assembly line worker and a member of the Oak Grove Pentecostal Church and departed this life, Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at her home at the age of 84 Years, 11 Months, 14 Days.

She is survived by her husband, Glen Eloy Henson of Muscle Shoals, AL; sons, Gerald Lynn Henson of Tuscumbia, AL, Donald Glen Henson of South Bend, IN; daughters, Brenda Sue Hartman of Eau Claire, MI, Sharon Diane Ward of Walkerton, IN; 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren and 3 on the way; brothers, Alfred Johnson of Florence, AL, Paul Johnson of South Bend, IN; sisters, Shelby Peak, Mackenell Johnson and Wylodean Johnson all of Knoxville, TN; nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Henson was preceded in death by a brother, Granville Johnson; sisters, Doris Howard and Barbara Johnson; granddaughter, Ashley Henson and a great-great-granddaughter, Megan Ford..

Services will be Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Oak Grove Pentecostal Church, Waterloo, Alabama, with Steve Bender officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens, Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing.

Visitation will be Monday, December 19, 2016 from 5:30 pm to 8 pm at Shackelford Funeral Home, Collinwood, TN. Her body will be placed in the church two hours before the funeral.
