Margurite Virginia Priddy

Virginia Jones Priddy was born January 27, 1925 in Chester County , Tn the daughter of the late William T Jones and Jimmie Eva Melton Jones. She was united in marriage to James Lynn Priddy in December , 1942. Mr. Priddy preceded her in death on February 21, 1995. They moved to Henderson where she worked a Salant and Salant and later Brown Shoe Company. She attended cosmetology school and was self employed in her own Beauty shop for almost sixty years.She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Henderson and the VFW.Mrs.Priddy departed this life on April 1, 2012 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 87 Years, 2 Months, 5 Days.She is survived by a daughter, Alicia Hunt and husband Jack; three grandchildren, Bart Hunt of Henderson, Tn, Brett Hunt of Henderson, Tn, Leah Cox; Henderson, Tn. and four great grandchildrenServices will be held on April 3, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Shackelford Funeral Directors-Johnson Chapel in Henderson, Tennessee, with Brad Patterson officiating. Burial will follow in the Henderson City Cemetery at Henderson, Tennessee
