Marie Maxine Duncan
was born in Crittenden County, Arkansas on August 23, 1930 the daughter of the late Jesse James and Clara Gladys Ray Shea.
On August 17, 1946 she was united in marriage to Harry Gird Duncan, Sr. , who preceded her in death on May 5, 1995
Mrs. Duncan retired from Aqua Glass were she worked as a repair technician for 20 years. She had lived in Crump, Tennessee and attended River Heights Foursquare Church. She enjoyed spending time with family, kids and grandkids. She also like flower gardening.
Mrs. Duncan departed this life on Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at the age of 79 years, 5 months, 11 days.
Mrs. Duncan is survived by 3 sons, Larry S. Duncan of Union City, Tennessee, Harry Duncan, Jr., and Tommy Duncan both of Adamsville, Tennessee; 2 daughters, Janice Plunk and Ann Dixon of Adamsville, Tennessee; 11 grandchildren, Ashlee Dycus, Larry Duncan, Jr., Todd Duncan, Abby Duncan, Jana White, Heather Lee, Joseph Duncan, Brittney McWen, Ashley McWen, Kristen Logan, and Chris Palmer; 7 great-grandchildren, Peyton Hamilton Duncan, Courtney Davis, Jeffrey Davis, Carson White, Harley Duncan, Olivia Duncan, and Carson Remington Jones.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Billy Shea, Buddy Shea, and David Shea; a sister, Georgie Shea; a grandchild, Richie Plunk.
