Marie Elizabeth Foster

Marie Elizabeth Foster was born April 24, 1915 in McNairy County, Tennessee the daughter of the late Randolph and Gurdia Russom Moore.She was united in marriage to James Ray Foster who preceded her in death on August 2, 1991. Mrs. Foster was a Homemaker. She was a member of the Lighthouse United Pentecostal Church in Jackson, Tennessee.Mrs. Foster departed this life on October 8, 2010 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 95 Years, 5 Months, 14 Days.She is survived by a sister, Kathleen Tharp of Jackson, TN; three special nieces, Deborah Anderson, Stephenia Dorris, Dorothy Fisher, all of Jackson; three stepsisters, Oneida Yelverton and Martha Gray, both of Jackson, TN, Willie Morris of Memphis, TN; several other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Foster was preceded in death by her stepmother, Effie Mae Deming Moore, a sister, Opal Fowler; three brothers, R. G. Moore, James R. Moore, Doyle Moore.
