Marie Rickman

Marie Rickman of Stantonville, TN was born April 22, 1927 in Stantonville the daughter of the late Benjamin Coleman White and Alice Bozart White. She was united in marriage to R C Rickman on May 10, 1947. Mr. Rickman preceded her in death on January 23, 1998.

Mrs. Rickman was retired from Garan Sportswear in Adamsville, TN. She was a sweet and loving Christian lady. Marie was a faithful member of Stantonville United Methodist Church. She loved to spend time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom she considered as her own. She was a wonderful cook and enjoyed cooking for others. Mrs. Rickman departed this life on May 3, 2017 in her home at the age of 90 Years, 11 Days.

She is survived by a nephew, Bill Patrick and wife Kathy; a niece, Nelda King; three grandchildren, Justin E. Patrick and wife Carrie, Missy Frost, Paige Vaughan and husband Garrett; six great grandchildren, Madeline P. Frost, Luke P. Frost, James E. Patrick, Libby J. Patrick, Evelyn G. Vaughan, Annie Afton Vaughan; cousins, Betty Jones and Larry Raines and wife Kay; a host of extended family and friends.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Rickman was preceded in death by five sisters, Nana May White, Ruby White, Alma Ramsey, Mamie Wardlow, Illie Patrick; two brothers, Grady White, Alex White.
