Marilyn Virginia Smith, age 64, was born in McNairy County, TN. The daughter of the late L.V. Wilcutt and Doris Mason. Mrs. Smith departed this life on May 19, 2019 at her home in McNairy, TN.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Kenneth Smith; a daughter, Lois Smith Cooper; a son, Stephen Smith; four grandchildren: Michael Edwards, Kristie Edwards, R.J. Robertson and Eric Robertson; nine great grandchildren: Naydine Keistler, Bella Russom, Alexi Edwards, Kiara Runyon, Charley Russom, Nikolai Robertson, Auron Edwards, Alice Edwards and Ganon Robertson.

Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her parents, L.V. Wilcutt and Doris Mason; a brother, Bobby Wilcutt; a sister, Carolyn Lewis; and two great grandchildren, Cassiel Edwards and Mikah Edwards.

Mrs. Smith enjoyed many hobbies including one that she was extremely talented, crocheting. She made the most beautiful Barbie gowns and incredibly gorgeous roses. Marilyn also loved her flower gardens. She grew the best big elephant ears. She also enjoyed humming birds. She had many feeders for them every year.
