Martha Frances Howell was born June 21, 1931 in New Albany, MS, the daughter of the late Dewey and Willie Frances Rhodes Bagwell.
She was a homemaker and was united in marriage to Carter P. (Jack) Howell who preceded her in death in 1980.
She is survived by her children, Martha Reeder Bell and husband David of Selmer, TN and Richard Howell and wife Phyillis of Monroe, GA; a brother, David Pleasants of Saltillo, MS; five grandchildren: Gary Dickey and wife Jennifer, Chris Dickey, Jacqueline Meese, Ashley Housley, Richard C. Howell Jr.; six great grandchildren: Catherine Dickey, Marihaidyn Housley, Landon Housley, Audrey Howell, Chelsea Howell and Randel Meese; special friend, Joe Dan McClain.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Howell was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Bagwell.
