Martha Louise Robertson

December 18, 1937 — December 19, 2009

Mrs. Robertson, the widow of Rebel L. Robertson, died Saturday night at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.



She was born December 18, 1937 in Whiteville, daughter of the late Eugene and Mattie Louise Hendrix Warf and lived all of her life here. She worked as a Certified Nurses Assistant with Pleasant View Health Care and also worked at Kilgore. She attended Parrans Chapel Baptist Church & Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. She loved flowers and gardening and watching cooking shows, especially Paula Deen.



Survivors include a daughter, Sheila Baker of Whiteville; two sisters, Sarah Fish of Whiteville and Mary Alice Robbins of Collierville; two brothers, Albert Warf of Whiteville and Jeryr Warf of Medon; four grandchidldren, Chris and Daniel Baker, Casey Sproles and Dillon Russom; and three great grandchildren, Allie Baker, Catlynne and Ayden Sproles. In addition to her husband, who died on June 29, 1995, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Karen Russom and a brother, Jr. Warf.
