Services for Mary Jane Crowell Risner, age 92 of Waynesboro, formerly of Collinwood were Monday at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Chapel in Collinwood with Frank Ray officiating. Burial followed in Collinwood Memorial Gardens with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Risner was born in Perry County, TN July 1, 1918, a daughter of the late Commodore and Betha Hickerson Crowell. Mrs. Risner, a homemaker, departed this life Saturday, July 10, 2010 at Wayne County Nursing Home in Waynesboro. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Willie Potts, Nina Keeton, and Jo Ruth Grimes.
She is survived by a daughter, Sue Wilder and grandson,Gordon Wilder all of Riverview, MI; nieces and nephews
