MARY BEESING WYNN, 93, of Grand Junction, died September 15, 2026. She was born in Niagara Falls, NY on June 5, 1933. She grew up in New York and Ohio and attended Notre Dame College in Ohio. She lived much of her life in Memphis where she was an Administrative Dietitian with the VA Hospital for over 30 years while being a member of the Memphis District Dietetic Association and the American Dietetic Association. She was a long-time parishioner of the Catholic Church of the Resurrection where she served as a Lector and Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion. Mary later moved to Grand Junction where she was a long-time active member and treasurer of the Grand Junction Ruritan Club and became a parishioner at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, David Roy Wynn; her parents, Donald and Margaret Beesing; sister, Martha Casey; and brother, David Beesing (Mary).

She is survived by sisters, Sr. Maria Beesing, Joan Serri (Gene), Judy Rawlings (Doug), Monica Daymon (James), and Miriam Lygre (Sigmund); brothers, Robert Beesing (Judy) and Charles Beesing (Kathleen); daughters, Carol Kincaid (David) and Kathleen Slavick (John); sons, David Wynn (Lisa) and John Wynn (Stacy); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and her loving companion for over 10 years, J. W. (Bill) Stone and his children, Barbara Taylor (Chris), Kelly Stone, Karen Stackhouse (Rusty) and Jon Stone (Jennifer).

Visitation and Mass will be held at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church in Somerville, on Saturday, September 26th. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass beginning at 11:30 a.m. Graveside service and burial will take place at Grand Junction Cemetery at 2:30 p.m.
