Matthew "Matt" Neill was born on February 1, 1982 in Jackson, Tennessee, the son of Ricky and Ella Mae Moser Neill.
Matthew was a member of Campground Methodist Church in Savannah, Tennessee. He enjoyed kayaking and collecting guns. Matthew loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them and helping them in any way he could.
Matthew "Matt" Neill departed this life on November 16, 2025 in Savannah, Tennessee, at the age of 43 years, 9 months, and 15 days.
He is survived by his son, Cooper Neill of Savannah, Tennessee; parents, Ricky and Ella Mae Neill of Savannah, Tennessee; grandmother, Betty Moser of Savannah, Tennessee; aunt, Nancy Howard (Bobby); uncle, Kelvin Neill (Lisa); and fiancée, Felicia Broadway.
Matthew was preceded in death by his grandparents, Alex Moser, Hardin B. Neill, Jr., and Mary Marcella Neill and aunts, Cathy Frazier and Nell Brown.
