Mattie Eason

MATTIE "TOOTIE" EASONwas born in Tishomingo County, Mississippi on September 5, 1945 the daughter of the late Leslie Odel and Venia Hollands Edwards. Ms. Eason was a member of South Shiloh Pentecostal Church. She loved being outdoors and enjoyed cleaning her house.Ms. Eason departed this life on May 9, 2011 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 65 years, 8 months and 4 days.Ms. Eason is survived by 2 daughters, Tammy Eason of Shiloh, Tennessee and Sherry Matlock of Counce, Tennessee3 grandchildren, Tyler Franks, Cody Franks and Kacie Lambert5 sisters, Sally Ledgewood, Shirley Austin and Ruby Cornelius, all of Shiloh, Tennessee, Mary Stevens of Savannah, Tennessee and Myrtle Buckeridge of New Albany, Mississippione brother, Joe Edwards of Jacks Creek, TennesseeIn addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one sister, Marie Edwards and 5 brothers, Gene, James, Willie, Dewey and James Leslie Edwards.
