Max Ray Alexanderwas born in Hardin County, Tennessee on February 11, 1936 the son of the late Samuel Woodrow and Nannie Monetta Wilkerson Alexander.On December 30, 1954 he was untied in marriage to Judy Lee Jerrolds, who survives.Mr. Alexander was the owner of Tenn-Tucky One Stop. He had also volunteered at Pickwick Golf Course, worked as a butcher for various grocery stores, and ran The Dinner Bell Cafe. Mr. Alexander was a member of the National Guard for 9 years. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, and bird hunting.Mr. Alexander departed this life on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at the age of 73 years, 8 months, 17 days. In addition to his wife, he is survived by 2 sons, Mark and Keith Alexander both of Savannah, Tennessee; 2 daughters, Angie Austin of Smithville, Tennessee and Alisa Caperton of Savannah, Tennessee; 2 brothers, Robert and Sam Alexander both of Savannah, Tennessee; 3 sisters, Joyce Willoughby, Carolyn Dedrick, and Janie Hardin all of Savannah, Tennessee; 9 grandchildren, Kristina Hardin, Mark, Miles, and Bellis Alexander, Candace Frazier, Jimmy (Bubba) Caperton, Lauren, Taylor, and Lanie Alexander.
