Mazie K. Jerrolds

MAZIE K. JERROLDS

was born in Riverton, Alabama on November 12, 1929 the daughter of the late Homer Clarence and Carrie Velmer Hayes.

On April 8, 1954 she was united in marriage to Morris T. Jerrolds, who preceded his wife in death on January 15, 2004.

Mrs. Jerrolds was a homemaker and she enjoyed babysitting in the Burnt Church community. She was a member of Union Church.

Mrs. Jerrolds departed this life on August 8, 2015 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 85 years, 8 months and 27 days.

She is survived by her children, Cathy Melson and Teresa Highland, both of Savannah, Tennessee, Julie Clemmer of Tupelo, Mississippi and Shelia Jerrolds of Counce, Tennessee.

three grandchildren, Amanda Clemmer, Wesley Highland and Jonathan Highland

three sisters, Helen Inman, Margaret Scott and Nancy Ross, all of Memphis, Tennessee and one brother, Charles Hayes of Corpus Christi, Texas

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, James Homer Hayes and David Hayes
