She departed this life on Sunday, July 10, 2016, at the age of 36 years, 8 months, and 15 days.
Mindy is survived by her parents, Ricky and Lisa Blankenship of Sardis, Tennessee; her beloved sister, Ashley Blankenship of Selmer, Tennessee; grandparents, Rev. Lloyd and Wanda Blankenship of Sardis, Tennessee; aunts and uncles, Juan and Shelly Palomino, Ronnie and Angie Blankenship, Rick and Lavonda (Sis) Hefner, Wayne and Ginger Howell; niece, Ashlyn; nephews, Ashton and Abel; and a host of family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Linda Faye and Olen (Sonny) Davis.
She departed this life on Sunday, July 10, 2016, at the age of 36 years, 8 months, and 15 days.
