Melvin Davis departed this life on Saturday, November 21, 2015, at the age of 36 years and 21 days. He was born in Jackson, Tennessee on October 31, 1979, the son of Debbie and Randell Warren.
Melvin enjoyed spending time with friends and family, fishing, listening to music, especially Waylon Jennings and Eric Church. He loved his children. He had worked for Warren Towing as a driver and mechanic. He had previously worked for the City of Crump in maintenance, Turnbow Motor Express as a truck driver, Gibbs Construction, and Tennessee Material.
He is survived by his parents, Debbie and Randell Warren of Crump, Tennessee; children, Star Pipes, Waylon Davis, and Olivia Davis all of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchild, Brantley Burks; brother, Dan Warren and wife, Shelby of Savannah, Tennessee; sister, Lakisha Presley and husband, Floyd, Jr. of Crump, Tennessee; grandmother, Lela Davis; grandfather, Barney Warren; girlfriend, Holly Smith of Savannah, Tennessee and her son, Brady Chandler; very special cousin, Kim Wardlow; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; nieces and nephews, Cordell Pipes, Hunter Presley, Haley Presley, and Mason Warren.
Melvin was preceded in death by a brother, Randell Lee Warren; and grandparents, Sarah Hardin and Lloyd Davis.
