MERRILL BEAVER
Henderson, TN: Merrill Conrad Beaver, age 70 passed away Friday evening August 14, 2015 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
He was born August 28, 1944 in Crown City, OH and grew up in Jackson, OH, the son of the late Hosea Ray and Elizabeth Jewell Saunders Beaver. He graduated from Jackson High School in Jackson, OH. He married Judith Holdren in 1965 and they made their home near Mansfield, OH. He worked at Fischer Body in Ontario, OH, an auto parts stamping plant, working there thirty years. They moved to Henderson in 1995. He built a log cabin near Chickasaw State Park where they made their retirement “dream” home, next door to their son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren. He enjoyed sharing a joke with whoever he met and bringing a smile to their face. “Life is Good”. He was a member of the Henderson Church of Christ.
Mr. Beaver is survived by his wife, Judith Ann Holdren Beaver of Henderson; a son, Todd Beaver and wife Leah of Henderson and a daughter, Tammy Dawson and husband Joe of Ludlow, MA; four grandchildren, Anna Elizabeth Beaver, Alexis Dawson, Gregory Trace Beaver and Cameron Dawson; a sister, Beatrice Peek of Huntsville, AL and a brother, Lewie Beaver of OH.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Leon and Carl Beaver and a sister, Euphema Cook.
Memorial Services were held Sunday night, August 23, 2015 at the Henderson Church of Christ.
